AUREATE PROPERTY
Privacy notice
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This notice explains how Aureate Property handles personal information supplied through this website, by email or during an initial property-sourcing enquiry.
Who is responsible for your information
Aureate Property is the data controller for the information described here. Until incorporation details are available, privacy enquiries can be sent to info@aureateproperty.co.uk.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, investor type, investment strategy, budget ranges, funding position, timescale, location and property preferences, return targets, refurbishment appetite and any notes you choose to provide.
Please do not send bank passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or special-category information through the initial questionnaire.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your criteria, assess whether our intended service may be suitable, maintain an enquiry record and protect the security and integrity of our systems.
At this pre-launch stage, the questionnaire records an expression of interest only. It does not create a client relationship or commitment to proceed.
Lawful basis
We rely on steps requested before entering a possible contract when responding to service enquiries. We may also rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, organised enquiry process and maintaining appropriate business records. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it by contacting us.
Who receives information
Information is available only to authorised Aureate Property personnel and service providers needed to host and operate the website and enquiry system. We do not sell personal information. We will not disclose it to brokers, solicitors, builders, agents or other professionals without an appropriate reason and notice.
Storage, international processing and security
The website and private enquiry tools are hosted using technology providers that may process information in the UK or other countries under their contractual safeguards. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted, and reasonable technical and organisational security measures are used.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or inactive initial enquiries are normally reviewed and deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is required for legal, regulatory or dispute purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent applies. Contact us using the email above. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Updates
We will review this notice as the business, legal requirements and service providers change. A revised date will appear at the top.
